Return Policy
If your product is damaged or covered under warranty, please Contact Us.
- Must be authorized through Return Goods Authorization (RGA) request.
- Must be returned within 180 days, unless covered under warranty.
- Must be shipped prepaid.
- Must be received undamaged and in original packaging.
- Will be credited on accounts that are in good standing (no refunds).
- Are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- We cannot accept returns on special order, or clearance items.
You may also download and print off a RGA form to be faxed back to us. Note: this may delay your request.
